Case studies: Learning from brilliantly unique companies

You can learn a lot from companies with successfully formulated and marketed brilliant ideas. Prime examples of uniqueness are Nespresso, Apple, Google and Skype. Even though they aren’t all online companies, each is brilliantly one-of-a-kind.

Affordable high quality is the best

We’ll begin with two offline companies whose primary products are “hardware” (physical objects). In each case, the companies have done nearly the same thing: they have made high-quality products affordable for a large segment of the population.
